This 4-ingredient Shamrock Pretzels recipe combines the sweet, buttery caramel of Rolos with a salty pretzel for a satisfying crunch, topped with a festive green M&M. It’s a festive and fun treat thats perfect for St. Patrick’s Day food!
Ingredients
36 mini twist pretzels
12 pretzel sticks
12 Rolo candies
12 green M&M candies
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- On the parchment paper, place your pretzels in the shape of a shamrock.
- Place a rolo candy in the middle where all of the pretzel pieces meet.
- Carefully place the pan into the oven, and heat for 2-3 minutes, to soften the Rolos.
- Remove from the oven and press a green M&M into the center of the Rolo.
(Don’t stress if your pretzel pieces move, they are easy to adjust under the melted candy) - Place the pretzel treats in the refrigerator for 1 hour, to allow the candy to set, and enjoy.
