Description

These adorable Cinnamon Roll Reindeer turn refrigerated cinnamon rolls into a fun and festive Christmas breakfast in just 15 minutes. Decorated with pretzel antlers, candy eyes and a red M&M nose, they’re an easy holiday treat that kids will love making and eating on Christmas morning.

Ingredients

  • 5 Pillsbury Grands cinnamon rolls, or your favorite canned cinnamon rolls
  • 10 mini pretzels, plus extra in case any break
  • 20 edible candy eyes
  • 10 mini red M&Ms

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll each cinnamon roll and cut it in half. Roll each half back up into a smaller cinnamon roll and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet. If you’re using smaller canned cinnamon rolls instead of Pillsbury Grands, you can leave them whole.
  3. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes, until the cinnamon rolls are puffed and lightly golden around the edges.
  4. While the cinnamon rolls are baking, carefully break each mini pretzel in half to make two curved pieces for the reindeer antlers. It’s a good idea to have a few extra pretzels since some may break unevenly.
  5. Remove the cinnamon rolls from the oven and drizzle the included icing over them while they’re still warm.
  6. Before the icing sets, press two candy eyes and one mini red M&M onto each cinnamon roll to make the reindeer faces.
  7. Add two pretzel pieces to the top of each cinnamon roll for the antlers. Serve and enjoy!
