Pumpkin Fudge

Description

This creamy Pumpkin Fudge is easy to make and you don’t even need a candy thermometor. It’s lightly spiced and the ideal treat for a fall potluck or Halloween party! 


Ingredients

3 cups white chocolate chips

3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk

2 Tablespoons. pumpkin puree

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice


Instructions

  1. In a large microwave safe bowl, heat the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk for 30 seconds, stir well.
  2. Heat for another 30 seconds.
  3. Add the pumpkin puree, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice.
  4. Stir very well.
  5. Line an 8×8 inch glass baking dish with parchment or wax paper.
  6. Pour the fudge mixture into the pan and smooth out evenly.
  7. Cover, and chill for 4 hours, or until set.
  8. Cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

Store fudge in an airtight container, cut into squares and layered between sheets of waxed paper.
