Description
This creamy Pumpkin Fudge is easy to make and you don’t even need a candy thermometor. It’s lightly spiced and the ideal treat for a fall potluck or Halloween party!
Ingredients
3 cups white chocolate chips
3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 Tablespoons. pumpkin puree
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- In a large microwave safe bowl, heat the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk for 30 seconds, stir well.
- Heat for another 30 seconds.
- Add the pumpkin puree, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice.
- Stir very well.
- Line an 8×8 inch glass baking dish with parchment or wax paper.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the pan and smooth out evenly.
- Cover, and chill for 4 hours, or until set.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
Store fudge in an airtight container, cut into squares and layered between sheets of waxed paper.
