Description
These Jalapeño Bacon Crescent Roll Bites are flaky, cheesy, and loaded with crispy bacon and fresh jalapeños. They’re an easy appetizer that’s ready in under 30 minutes and perfect for parties, game day, or holiday gatherings.
Ingredients
8 oz tube crescent dough sheet
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup bacon pieces
2 fresh jalapenos, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 24-cup mini muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Finely chop the jalapeños and set aside.
- Reserve a small amount of the shredded cheddar cheese and bacon pieces for topping. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, remaining cheddar cheese, bacon pieces, chopped jalapeños, and garlic powder until well blended.
- Unroll the crescent dough sheet and cut it into 24 equal squares (6 rows by 4 rows). Press one square into each mini muffin cup, gently pressing the dough along the bottom and up the sides to form a small cup.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture evenly into each dough cup. Sprinkle the reserved cheddar cheese and bacon pieces over the tops before baking.
-
Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for 13-15 minutes.
-
Remove from the oven and serve warm.
