Bring a little Whoville magic to your dessert table with this festive Grinch Brownies Recipe! These fudgy, green-tinted Christmas Brownies are the ultimate holiday treat for kids and adults alike. Ingredients

1 box milk chocolate brownie mix, plus the ingredients from the box (water, oil, eggs)

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup unsalted butter

2 cups powdered sugar

1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

2 tbsp. heavy cream of milk

Neon green gel food coloring

1 tbsp. Heart sprinkles

2 tbsp. Green M&Ms


Instructions

  1. Prepare the brownie mix in a 9×9 inch pan, according to the box directions.
  2. Allow the brownies to cool completely.
  3. For the frosting, beat the butter and powdered sugar.
  4. Add the vanilla, and continue to mix.
  5. Alternate adding the gel food coloring and small amounts of milk until the frosting forms and is the shade of green you want.
  6. Frost the top of the cooled brownies. Top with green M&Ms and heart sprinkles.

Notes

Storage:

Store your brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days, or refrigerate for up to a week.

You can also freeze them for up to 2 months — just thaw before serving.
