Description

This Crockpot Turkey Chili is a hearty, flavor-packed dinner made with lean ground turkey, three kinds of beans, Rotel tomatoes, corn, and plenty of warm spices. With just 15 minutes of prep, it’s an easy slow cooker dinner for busy weeknights, cozy fall evenings, or feeding a hungry crowd on game day.


Ingredients

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

2 lbs lean ground turkey

1 onion, diced

4 cloves garlic, minced

29 oz can tomato sauce

15 oz can black beans, rinsed and drained

15 oz can light red kidney beans, rinsed and drained

15 oz can pinto beans, rinsed and drained

2 (10 oz) cans Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies

1 cup frozen corn

2 tablespoons chili powder

1 tablespoon ground cumin

2 teaspoons smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon dried coriander

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon all spice

Salt and pepper, to taste

1-2 dash hot sauce, to taste

Chopped green onions or cilantro, for topping
