Crockpot Mississippi Steak Bites

Ingredients

3 lbs. sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized chunks

2 tablespoons olive oil, to sear beef

1 onion, diced

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 oz. envelope au jus gravy

1 oz. envelope ranch seasoning mix

1 stick butter (8 tablespoons)

1 cup low sodium or unsalted beef broth

1 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers

1/4 cup pepperoncini juice


Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil. Sear steak bites for 2-3 minutes on both sides until browned. Transfer to crockpot.
  2. Top with onions, garlic, au jus gravy, ranch seasoning, sliced butter, pepperoncini peppers with juice, and beef broth.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Stir before serving.

Notes

Storage & Reheating Instructions: Refrigerate leftovers in a sealed container for 3 or 4 days. Reheat on the stovetop over medium heat for 10-12 minutes until heated through.
