These Grilled Buffalo Wings are juicy, smoky, and coated in bold Buffalo sauce with perfectly crisp edges straight from the grill. Easy to make without frying, they’re the ultimate game day appetizer for football parties, backyard gatherings, and tailgating with friends.
Ingredients
2 lbs chicken wings
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp bbq rub (we used McCormick)
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground black peppers
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup Buffalo Wild Wings Buffalo Sauce (or your favorite kind)
Instructions
- Get the grill ready, then pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- Add the wings, oil, and seasonings to a large bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Arrange the wings on the grill and cook for 8 minutes.
- Flip the wings, brush with sauce, and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Flip once more, brush with additional sauce, and cook for 2 minutes or until the wings are cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and serve immediately.
