- Sliced prosciutto (Del Duca cured prosciutto, 6 ounce tray)
- Brie cheese round (President Brie soft-ripened cheese, 8 ounce round)
- Brie cheese wedge (President Brie cheese, 7 ounce triangle wedge)
- 8 ounce block Pepperjack cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
- Thin sliced cheese, cut into smaller squares
- Assorted round crackers (Toasteds Variety Pack, 12 ounce box)
- Rectangular or square crackers (Toasted sea salt and olive oil flatbreads, 8.7 ounce box)
- 2 cups trail mix (Great Value Omega-3 Trail Mix, 22 ounce)
- 10 ounce jar stuffed manzanilla olives
- 6 ounce can pitted medium black olives
- 1 apple, cored and sliced
- Mixed berries (fresh raspberries, blackberries, blueberries)
- Red, black, and green grapes
- 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce, for filling the brie cheese round
- 1 cup honey, for drizzling over cheese
- Fresh sage and rosemary for decorating the wreath
Instructions
- Prepare the cheese. Cut the pepperjack block into 1-inch cubes. Cut the cheese slices into smaller squares and use the cookie cutter to make star shapes if desired. Use the large star cookie cutter to make a star shape in the brie cheese. Remove the center of the star and then fill with cranberry sauce, jam, or honey.
- Prepare the salami roses. Layer the salami into a line and fan it out. Roll it and then use a toothpick to keep it together. Make the roses big or small by rolling different amounts of slices. Repeat with the remaining salami.
- Once the cheese and salami are prepared, make an outline of the wreath using fresh herbs on the outer circle. Then make a smaller circle in the center of the board. You can continue to adjust as you go along.
- Place the cranberry brie round on the board.
- Add the salami roses, placing them on opposite ends.
- Add the crackers, nuts, and olives. Put them in different areas of the board.
- Add the cheese cubes and slices.
- Separate the prosciutto and roll the pieces together or fan it out. Put two bunches on opposite sides of the board.
- Fill the open gaps with fruit and then adjust the rest of the board by adding more ingredients if needed. Decorate with the star cheese cut outs.
- Add more herbs for the wreath to make it look fuller and adjust the circle.
- Serve with some extra cranberry sauce and honey on the side. Enjoy!
