SWEDISH MEATBALLS AND GRAVY

Combine ground beef & ground pork, then add all other ingredients and mix.

Shape into meatballs  then chill for 2 hours.

Add meatballs to skillet and brown on all sides.

Bake in 350°F oven to 30 minutes.  Make the cream sauce and drizzle over top.

These meatballs are delicious when served with Boursin Mashed Potatoes!
