Jumbo, bakery style muffins that are fluffy, moist and delicious.

Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.

In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients.

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.

Gently fold in raspberries and white chocolate.

Divide batter in six jumbo sized greased muffin tins.

Bake! 425°F for 5 minutes, then reduce to 350°F for another 25 minutes.
