Pecan Butter Tart Squares
Using pastry blender or by hand, combine flour, sugar and cubed butter.
Mixture will resemble coarse crumbs
Press into 13x9- inch baking dish. Bake in 325°F oven for 20-25 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool on wire rack.
Whisk together eggs and brown sugar.
Add butter, vinegar and vanilla, then stir in the pecans.
Pour over crust.
Tent the edges with foil to prevent over-browning.
Bake in 325°F oven for 20-25 minutes.
Cool for 2 hours, then cut into squares and dust with powdered sugar.
