Combine dry ingredients & lemon zest.

Add butter and mix by hand or with pastry blender.

Stir in buttermilk until a soft, sticky dough is formed.

Gently fold in peaches.

On a floured surface, knead 10 times, pat into a circle and cut into 2 and 1/2-inch circles.

Bake for 15 minutes, the make glaze and drizzle on top. Sprinkle with almonds.
