PEACH BREAD RECIPE

Moist, flavourful peach bread with a delicious peach-orange glaze.

In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients and lemon zest.

Add in chopped peaches and stir.

In a small bowl, beat one egg, then add the melted butter and orange juice. 

Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients and stir only until combined.

Turn out into a greased 8x4-inch loaf pan. Bake in 350°F oven for 50-60 minutes.

Prepare glaze while cooling peach bread for 20 minutes.

Drizzle on top of cooled bread and enjoy!
