MARBLED BUNDT CAKE WITH GLAZE
Beat butter & sugar on high speed until light and fluffy. Next, add the eggs, one at a time.
In a separate bowl, sift together flour and baking powder.
Add dry ingredients, vanilla and sour cream to the creamed butter mixture.
Spread half the batter into the bottom of a greased Bundt pan.
Next, add cocoa powder to the remaining batter and spread on top of the plain batter. Use a knife to swirl the batters and create a marble effect.
Bake in 325°F oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine butter, chocolate chips and milk. Cook just until melted.
Stir in powdered sugar and mix well. Frost cake and enjoy!
