LEMON GLAZED BLUEBERRY MUFFINS

In a large mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients.

Whisk together egg, butter and milk. 

Combine wet and dry ingredients, then add in the blueberries.

Divide batter in 12 greased muffin tins. Top with lemon zest and sugar mixture. 

Bake in 400°F oven, then top with glaze made with powdered sugar and lemon juice.
