JUMBO SUGAR COOKIES

Cream butter, vegetable oil,sugar and powdered sugar. Add in water, eggs and beat for 1 minute.

Combine flour, baking soda, cream of tartar and salt.

Gradually add dry ingredients to butter mixture. 

Using ice cream scoop and shape into balls. Place on parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

Bake in 350°F for 10 minutes.  Cool then frost with icing.
