HOW TO MAKE LEMON BARS

Combine crust ingredients in large mixing bowl. 

Use a pastry blender to combine (or mix by hand) until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Press into 8x8-inch greased baking dish. Bake in 325°F oven for 25 minutes.

Prepare the lemon curd filling. 

Pour over baked crust and bake for another 25 minutes.

Refrigerate, then cut into bars and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
