Soft & chewy with a delicious maple glaze.

Cream butter and both sugars until light and fluffy.

Add in eggs and vanilla.

 Stir together dry ingredients and pecans.

Dry ingredients are added to butter mixture, then rolled oats are stirred into dough.

Stir in chopped apples.

Bake in 350°F oven for 12 to 15 minutes.

Make glaze while cookies are cooling.

Dip cookies in glaze. Allow glaze to set, then enjoy!
