GINGERSNAP COOKIE RECIPE

In large mixing bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves & ginger.

In mixing bowl, cream together butter & shortening together until light and fluffy.

Gradually add in sugar, then eggs, one at a time.  Add in molasses.

Gradually add in flour mixture to wet ingredients.

Drop by heaping teaspoonful onto baking sheet.

Bake in 350°F oven for 10 minutes.
