Cook beans for three minutes, then let stand one hour.

Add water to the beans and cook for 45 minutes.

Slice bacon and cook in skillet.

In Dutch oven, add beans and all other ingredients. Bake a for 2 and 1/2 hours.

Uncover and bake for another 1 and 1/2 hours. Enjoy!
