BEEF POT ROAST WITH  VEGETABLE GRAVY

Veggies cook with the roast and are puréed into a delicious gravy.

Brown the beef on all sides, next sauté the veggies.

Add in beef broth, tomatoes and flour.

Add the beef back into the post and roast 2-1/2 to 3 hours

Make the gravy, purée  the drippings and veggies. Stir into gravy.
