Mix together butter, sugar, vegetable oil, powdered sugar. 

Add in water and eggs. Beat for one minutes.

Whisk together flour, baking soda, cream of tartar and salt.

Add dry ingredients 1 cup at a time. 

Shape into balls. Roll in sanding sugar.  Press down with glass.

Use a drinking glass to press down the dough ball. 

Bake. Cool. Make the frosting. Frost cookies and add sprinkles!
