CRUSTY ARTISAN BREAD

This easy recipe is mixed up in less than ten minutes one day, then baked the next!

In large bowl, dissolve 1 tsp of sugar in water (temp 110°F). 

Combine flour, yeast and sea salt. (and muesli if using). In a separate glass bowl, combine water and honey.Pour over dry ingredients.

Mix the dry ingredients well. The dough will appear rough. 

Grease large glass bowl with butter and set dough inside. Cover with plastic wrap. Sit overnight for 18 to 24 hours.

On parchment paper cut to fit Dutch oven, shape dough into ball with floured hands.

Let dough rise for 30 minutes.

Preheat your Dutch oven in 450°F oven for 30 minutes. Remove and carefully transfer the shaped dough into it. 

Bake, covered in 450°F oven for 30 minutes. Remove lid and bake another 5 to 10 minutes. Move to cooling rack and rest 30 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
