This easy weeknight dinner recipe takes 6 minutes of prep time and is perfect for busy weeknights!
Place chicken breast in bottom of slow cooker followed by vegetables and herbs.
Pour the chicken broth on top, then cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
Remove chicken breasts and shred with two forks.
Add in the noodles and cook on high for another 2 minutes.
