White potatoes AND sweet potatoes combine deliciously in this recipe! (or you can simply use white potatoes)

Sauté onions in butter and make the creamy sauce on the stove top.

Layer the potatoes, onion, sauce and cheddar in casserole dish.

Bake in 400°F oven for 60-65 minutes and enjoy!
