This easy homemade soup takes 40 minutes from start to finish!
Sauté onion and cauliflower. Stir in chicken stock and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 20 minutes. Transfer to blender and blend until smooth. (or use immersion blender)
Transfer soup back to pot and stir in cream and shredded cheese. Stir for 2 minutes and enjoy!
Serve with your favourite bread and croutons.
