CRANBERRY BANANA LOAF CAKE

Assemble ingredients and grease loaf pan. Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine egg, sugar & melted butter.

Beat by hand until it's a nice lemon colour.

Add in another egg.

Gently stir in mashed banana & cranberries.

In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients.

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients. 

Turn into greased loaf pan and bake in 350°F oven for 50-55 minutes.
