In a large mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients, then set aside.

Cream butter for one minutes until fluffy.

Add both sugars and beat until fluffy.

Add in eggs one and a time and mix until combined.

Gradually add dry ingredients.

Stir in rolled oats, then add in remaining ingredients.

Drop by heaping tablespoon onto baking sheet.

Bake in 350°F oven for 12 to 14 minutes.
