CHOCOLATE MINT NANAIMO BARS

Melt mint chocolate chips, then add all other ingredients for base. Press into 9x9-inch baking dish. Chill 30 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, combine powdered sugar, milk, custard powder, peppermint extract and green food colouring.

Spread over base. Chill while the chocolate topping is being melted.

Melt remaining chocolate chips with vegetable oil and spread over filling.

Chill completely before serving. Cut with very sharp knife & enjoy!
