Ingredients: Brussel Sprouts Milk Cheddar Cheese Butter All-purpose flour Honey-Dijon Mustard Salt & Pepper

 Cook Brussel sprouts in boiling water.

 On the stovetop, make the sauce, then stir in half of the shredded cheese. Next, spoon into cooked sprouts.

Spoon into 11x17-inch baking dish and top with remaining cheese.

Bake in 375°F oven and enjoy!
