BROCCOLI CHEDDAR SOUP

In a skillet, sauté onions, whisk in flour and cook 3-4 minutes. Add in the stock, next milk & cream. 

Add in the chopped carrots for five minutes, then add in the broccoli and simmer 20 minutes.

Stir in dry mustard and shredded cheddar cheese. Season with salt & pepper. Enjoy!
