Line two baking pans with parchment paper & gather ingredients.

Beat butter, peanut butter & both sugars together until light and fluffy.

Add in eggs & vanilla and stir until well combined.

Combine dry ingredients in small mixing bowl.

Gradually add dry ingredients to butter mixture at low speed on mixer.

Chill the dough for 30 minutes.  Roll into 1 and 1/2-inch balls and place 2 inches apart on baking sheet.

Bake in 375°F oven for 8 to 10 minutes. 

Press a Hershey's Chocolate Kiss in the centre of each cookie.
