A quick & easy weeknight dinner!
Sauté onions and garlic until softened.
Whisk together milk & cornstarch. Add to onion mixture.
Stir in shredded fresh Parmesan cheese. Cook until thickened.
Add the uncooked tortellini.
Gently stir in the broccoli.
Turn into greased casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar.
Bake in 350°F for 20 minutes, then top with fresh parsley and enjoy!
