APPLE FRITTER LOAF CAKE

In small bowl, whisk together cinnamon and sugar.

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add in eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.

Combine dry ingredients in separate bowl.

Add dry ingredients to mixing bowl.

Stir in the milk until combined and mixture is smooth.

In a small bowl, combine apple, apple butter, sugar and cinnamon.

In loaf pan, spread half batter, half apple mixture and half cinnamon mixture. Repeat. Bake 350°F  - 60 minutes.

Cool, then drizzle with glaze.
