1. In a food chopper, or by hand chop the basil finely. You want to be able to see the basil in the dressing.
2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, freshly squeezed lemon juice, chopped fresh basil, garlic powder, honey and salt and pepper.
3. Mix well to combine.
Dressing can be store in refrigerator for 3 to 5 days.
